WINTER WARRIOR 2025

We are really excited to be running our WINTER WARRIOR CHALLENGE!!!!

July 21st - September 14th

The MISSION: Attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week plus take part in our weekly challenges in order to become a WINTER WARRIOR.

This is not a body composition challenge; it is about keeping you on track with your training during the Winter season. You must complete the following challenges:

  • Attend 3 sessions a week

  • Bring a friend to a session

  • Train with a new training buddy

  • Complete a 6-day streak

  • Complete the entire session from warm-up to cool-down.

  • Social Star — Tag us @bft_surreyhills in your posts and stories during the challenge.

  • Create a new healthy habit through winter

  • Complete a weekly challenges on the ski erg, bike, and etc.

  • Complete a complimentary Compression Boots session in the studio.

This isn’t just about surviving - it’s about THRIVING this Winter!
