We are really excited to be running our WINTER WARRIOR CHALLENGE!!!!
July 21st - September 14th
The MISSION: Attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week plus take part in our weekly challenges in order to become a WINTER WARRIOR.
This is not a body composition challenge; it is about keeping you on track with your training during the Winter season. You must complete the following challenges:
Attend 3 sessions a week
Bring a friend to a session
Train with a new training buddy
Complete a 6-day streak
Complete the entire session from warm-up to cool-down.
Social Star — Tag us @bft_surreyhills in your posts and stories during the challenge.
Create a new healthy habit through winter
Complete a weekly challenges on the ski erg, bike, and etc.
Complete a complimentary Compression Boots session in the studio.
