I haven't trained in ages. Will I be ok?

Absolutely. BFT is built on heart-rate technology, meaning you train to your ability, not someone else's. We have members in their 20s and members in their 60s. Our coaches will scale every movement to match your current fitness level. You won't get left behind.

Does this offer lock me into a contract?

No. This is a standalone experience designed to let you try the BFT difference without the risk. Come in, meet the community and feel the results. We are confident you’ll want to stay, but there is zero obligation.

How is this different from other gyms?

We don't just "burn calories." We build strength. Unlike generic HIIT classes, our programming runs in 8-week progressive blocks. This uses scientific principles (Progressive Overload) to ensure you actually get stronger and change your body shape, rather than just getting sweaty.

I have an old injury. Can I still train?

Yes. Because we have 2-3 coaches on the floor (not just one), we act more like Personal Trainers. Before class, tell the coach about your niggle, and they will modify the exercise for you. We prioritise longevity over intensity.

What are the class times?
